The five development schemes, estimated to cost Rs 66.576 million, are being carried out while two new scheme, estimated to cost Rs 68.786 million, are in the process of approval to provide infrastructure facilities for the development of manpower in the province. Provincial Manpower and Training Director Muhammad Bhambro has said this in a press briefing here on Wednesday, adding that under the five development schemes two training centers, one each for male and female, was being established at Landhi Karachi.
Repair of building and introduction of new trade is being carried out at Technical Training Centre (TTC) Sukkur, construction of building and provision of employment at Latifabad here, and survey to assess efficiency of existing TTCs and viability of traders in job market.
He also informed that two new schemes, one for a new TTC establishment and construction of building employment exchange in Sindh, are in the process of approval under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) of current financial year.
